What you need

Taxisnet credentials

  • You need to visit our office with your personal Taxisnet credentials.
  • These are used to start the electronic renewal/review application.

PIN for doctors

  • After the application is started, we send you the PIN required for the doctors.
  • The medical certificates are completed electronically by the appropriate doctors.

myPhoto & fee

  • You visit a photo studio so your photos can be uploaded to myPhoto.
  • Once the government fee is paid, the process is complete, unless a special exception applies.

Required documents

At our office

  • Personal Taxisnet credentials.
  • Valid ID card or passport.
  • Driving licence (old document) if available.

Doctors & photos

  • The PIN we send you for the doctors.
  • Photos uploaded by a photo studio to myPhoto.

Financials

  • Payment of the required government fee/stamp.
  • Service fee: 45 € (government fees/stamps, medical certificates & photos not included).

Process steps

  1. Visit our office: you come with your personal Taxisnet credentials so the electronic application can be started.
  2. PIN for doctors: we send you the PIN you will need for the medical certificates.
  3. myPhoto photos: you visit a photo studio so your photos can be uploaded to myPhoto.
  4. Government fee payment: after the government fee is paid, the process is complete.
  5. Non-digital cases: if the renewal/review cannot be completed digitally, contact us so we can guide you through the correct process.
