Frequently asked questions

Do I necessarily have to go to the Special Registry?

Not always. Since 2022 many cases are processed via Consulates. If you fall into exemptions (e.g. long distances, force majeure, court decisions), the case proceeds at the Special Registry.

What if documents are missing?

We perform a pre-check and propose lawful alternatives/certificates. Our goal is a correct submission without returns.

How much does it cost?

Depends on the country, document volume & any additional actions. Request a written quote.
