Service cost

Service fee: 50 € – 1,000 €

From 50 € (simple copy) and up to 1,000 € for complex cases (e.g. court/legal procedures). Prices do not include government fees, official translations, apostille or consular legalisations. We provide a detailed cost breakdown in advance.

Private IKEP — we are not a public authority. We provide consultancy, file preparation and handling towards the Special Registry Department.

Certified translations by Ministry of Foreign Affairs translators

We provide official translations for registry acts, judicial and administrative documents performed by certified/registered translators (MFA). Fast delivery and complete instructions for apostille where required.

How we work

1) File check

Send documents (PDF/photos) for completeness check (apostille, official translation, etc.).

2) Appointment & submission

We arrange appointments and perform the submission at the Special Registry of Athens.

3) Monitoring

We follow up the process and deliver results/copies to you.

Which acts are registered at the Special Registry?

Birth, marriage and death acts that took place abroad concerning Greek citizens, or cases provided by law.

Are apostille & official translation required?

Usually yes for foreign documents; we check the issuing country and specific requirements (apostille/consular legalisation & official translation).

Can I book an electronic appointment?

Yes — via the Ministry of Interior appointment platform for the Special Registry. We can also book it on your behalf.
